A Few Word About Us

Originally started making soy product in Taiwan back in the 1950’s 
 as a family business. After 40 years of hard work we have immigrate to Brisbane and establish Chang Chi Pty Ltd in 1995.  

Since then we are well known for quality and authenticity, in the year 2008, 3rd generation of the business owner decided to  go to Japan and learn the Japanese methodology and the craftsman’s spirit [SHOKUNIN].  職人魂

Combining the strong family background, precision and dedication of Shokunin and strict Australian food standard, we thrive to make the best tofu and presenting a healthier stronger better product to our customers.

Training in Japan

MAMEKO, where the training take place, is a well established tofu shop in Yokohama area for nearly 100 years. We have exchanged our knowledge and help each other grows, even til this day we still remain close friend.
